DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between the SELLER, whose information is provided below, and the BUYER who purchases products through checkmatemerch.com.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through checkmatemerch.com.
3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
The product name, quantity, sales price, shipping cost, delivery address and total amount payable are displayed to the BUYER before the order is completed.
The BUYER is responsible for reviewing and confirming the order information before payment.
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered on the website. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and carrier operations.
6. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Shipping fees are calculated according to the destination and shipment details and are shown before payment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the BUYER.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable under consumer protection legislation, the BUYER may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product, without providing a reason.
The BUYER must notify the SELLER within the applicable withdrawal period.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returned products should be unused, unworn, unwashed and, where applicable, returned with their original tags and packaging.
Following receipt and inspection of the returned product, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the BUYER unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, subject to applicable law.
9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Personalized or custom-made products may not qualify for withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable consumer legislation.
Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged by the customer may not qualify for return, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumer disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the jurisdiction rules in force.
11. EFFECTIVE DATE
By completing an order through checkmatemerch.com, the BUYER confirms that the information relating to the order has been reviewed and that this Agreement has been made available electronically.
